Everything was great, excellent service, prime location so close to the Bell Centre, shopping area, metro and st Catherine street. We really enjoyed our bright room with all the amenities and the staff were kind. They provided plenty of excellent choices for breakfast that was included.

I had a restful stay in a long time. Good value, practical location and cool staff. All rooms were immaculate and impeccable. It was a few steps away from Jerome Ferrer Europea, where you can have lunch

The room had a bit limited views.

Polite staff, great service. I enjoyed that the small queen room was decent and decent. Breakfast was tasty with lots of food! Really handy setting close to subway station.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was perfect and right by restaurants and the Bell Center and downtown Montreal. Consistently courteous staff and very good service all day long. Downtown Montreal district definitely deserves your time and attention.

There is hair in some places.

Spotless, ancient hotel, I enjoyed good standard rooms and useful staff. The bed was nice and it was great having room tea and coffee maker, balcony, and microwave. Early check in and in general admirable service. No reason to complain, I had a REALLY UNFORGETTABLE stay and would definitely book again.
